Background and Motivation

At the age of 16, I decided to help care for seniors in a old nursing home. This was before all the regulations were in place for senior care. My grandmother was in this particular home. One evening she fell out of bed fractured her hip, and was put back to bed. Within days with no medical care she passed away.

At that horrible moment, I decided to become fully involved in senior care and even planned to become a manager, so that no senior in any community, either assisted living or nursing home environment, would ever be abused, or neglected for lack of care or staff training... not on my watch.

I am proud to say I have accomplished this wherever I have worked. I've never had an abuse issue, neglect, or any serious issues with families, and residents. Nowadays with all the services seniors need, companies are much more careful and assist families in taking care of seniors.

Lets work together to find a safe pla ce, with all aspects of care, financial, and emotional needs met. I want to become your advocate for whatever you need for your loved one.

As a compassionate, results-oriented Memory Care Administrator and Executive Director, being kind and really listening to staff, business owners, and families as well as residents, are an important part of the values I hold dear.

My #1 desire and mission in life is to assist families and seniors in finding the best solutions to put everyone's heart and mind at ease.

Today, just take time to smell the roses, enjoy those little things about your life, your family, spouse, friends, job. Forget about the thorns -the pains and problems they cause you - and enjoy life” ― Bernard Kelvin Clive
