Compassionate, results-oriented Memory Care Administrator/Executive Director available to assist facilities as an interim Executive Director. Looking for an opportunity to build and enhance a team focused on senior care and promoting independence Interim. short term position is preferred, but will consider, longer interim position. Educated in the MDS profiles for Medicare, and an experienced social worker in SNF. Will work as contracted or regular employee. OHCA member since 2016.

Excellent success with facility turn-around projects including census growth and budget implementation. Skilled at building a team to achieve success
Extensive experience in day-to-day operations and ensuring system compliance with state regulations. History of excellent state surveys.
Demonstrated skills in team development, training, HR compliance, and marketing. Worked with “ You Got Leads” lead base system
Proficient with lease-ups, admissions, facility tours, closings, evaluations, the ALSMA System and Quick Mar medication system.
Exceptional aptitude for mastering new responsibilities, detail oriented and efficient at multi-tasking, Works well under pressure in fast-paced settings.
