Senior Moving Coordinator

Senior moving services include setting-up movers, packing, moving, cleaning and unpacking services regardless of place. Approximate pricing is $38-$70 per hour or by bid of job flat fee. All items will be photographed before packing and signed off for packing. Experienced and caring senior moving services!

Senior Medications Oversight

Offering in-home medication oversight, as a health coach, in helping clients with managing their chronic conditions. 1. Education and assistance with setting up medications, correct dosage, explaining side-effects, and what to expect, within the scope of practice. 2. Transportation, to appointments, assist in calling physicians if needed. 3. Coach and inform family of problems and or physicians, discuss areas of needs with physician if client allows. Assist with regular checkups, labwork,and therapies special visits where they need transportation. NOTE: No heavy lifting, and minimal W/C availability, (case by case).

Senior Care Consulting

Assist and guide families who may need help with placement and work with a referral company. Senior living advisor.

Senior Assessments

Evaluations for the future resident if he/or she needs placement, which includes assisting in Social Services/skilled discharge and admissions.

Staff Training

Memory Care/ Dementia trainer, and hands on training, small or large groups.
